General Shipping Information for
Accessory Products:
Accessory products are generally shipped within one business day. Please allow
up to five business days transit time thereafter.
All prices for accessory products include shipping via
FedEx Ground within the continental United States, and are based on payment by
credit card. A $20.00 surcharge will be added to all C.O.D. orders.
Additional charges may apply to rural deliveries in some areas. Shipments to Alaska and
Hawaii and Canada are shipped via Priority Mail or FedEx 2nd Day Air. Actual
shipping charges will be added to shipments outside of the Continental
United States. Orders shipped within the state of Michigan are subject to 6%

General Shipping Information for
Shuffleboard Tables:
All prices quoted for Shuffleboard Tables include
shipping anywhere within the continental United States. Shuffleboard Tables
are shipped (curbside delivery) directly from the manufacturer.
Champion brand Shuffleboard tables are shipped from Richland Hills, TX.
Venture Shuffleboard Tables are shipped from Tyrone, GA.
Hudson Shuffleboard Tables are shipped from either Santa Ana, CA or Columbia, MO.
Heirloom Shuffleboard Tables are shipped from Plymouth, IN.
Curbside delivery means that once the table arrives at your home or business, it
is your responsibility to get it from the truck into your home or business.
All Shuffleboard tables are built to order and require a
production lead time of seven to twelve weeks, depending on the model. Once
your Shuffleboard Table has been shipped, we will notify you that it is in
transit and provide you with a tracking number and the phone number for the
terminal which will complete your delivery.
Damaged Shipments:
It is the customers responsibility to check for damage
prior to accepting delivery. Do not sign any freight delivery receipt(s)
until you have thoroughly inspected all crates/packages for possible damage
while the driver is present.
If there is any visible damage, it must be indicated on
the carrier delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Any concealed damage must be reported to the carrier
immediately. Failure to notify The Shuffleboard Federation and/or the carrier within 48 hours relieves the shipper, the carrier and The Shuffleboard Federation of any responsibility and will result in the denial of any claims.
Returns and Order Cancellation
Policy
No orders will be shipped until fully paid for. Any order which is cancelled
prior to shipping is subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
All accessory products are backed by a 30 day money back
guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any accessory product, for any
reason, you may return it within 30 days with no questions asked. Call us
toll free at 800-380-3033 to arrange the return.
No returns shall be accepted unless you call us first and
receive a return authorization number. Customers are responsible for
prepaying the shipping charges for all returned items. Upon receipt of the
returned items, which must be in good condition, we will refund the original
purchase price of those items, less shipping charges.
All sales of Shuffleboard Tables are final, due to the
specialty nature of this product. All Shuffleboard Tables sold through or by
us are strictly non-returnable unless we express otherwise in writing. If
there are quality or warranty issues, we shall repair or replace, at our
option, the affected item.
We reserve the right to charge a minimum 25% restocking
fee on any shuffleboard tables we agree to accept back for return. You are
responsible for all charges incurred returning unwanted items as well as the
freight charges for the original shipment and the freight charges for the
returned items. The returned item(s) must be packed in original or identical
packing as it was received. Prior to shipping the return, you must contact
customer service for a return authorization number.
Our return policy requires that each customer inspects
the
delivered items before signing the delivery bill of lading. Upon notation of
any damage to the packaging, do not accept the item; the driver will return
the unit to the freight carrier's warehouse for inspection. Contact us at
this point to resolve a possible re-delivery. If you knowingly accept a
damaged shipment, you do so at your own risk and it will your responsibility
to contact the carrier to process an inspection and claim.
Shipping time for most items is as follows. Accessory
products are generally shipped within one business day from Houston, Texas and/or South Lyon, Michigan. Allow up to five business days transit time thereafter. Shuffleboard tables are generally shipped in four to eight weeks. Allow up to seven business days transit time thereafter. You will be contacted in the event of any shipping
delays.
Warranty Information
All accessory products are backed by a 30 day money back
guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any accessory product, for any
reason, you may return it within 30 days with no questions asked. Simply
call us at 800-380-3033 to arrange the return. No returns will be accepted
unless you call us first and receive a return authorization number.
We further warranty all products against manufacturers
defects for a period of one year. If you feel any product purchased from The
Shuffleboard Federation is defective, please contact us immediately at
800-380-3033. We will repair or replace, at our option, any such items. This is the extent of our liability
