This was a new experience for me as I have not previously owned a table. John spent time on the phone reviewing all the particulars related to choosing the best table for my needs and space requirements as well as carefully evaluating delivery options up a spiral flight of stairs. Mark did an excellent job with the install and has been great to deal with as have you. Thanks for everything. We are very pleased with the custom 22' Champion table we purchased from John McDermott at Shuffleboardfederation.com. We visited 3 stores in the KC area to understand the various brands and prices. We were all set to move forward with a table we had seen locally but we called John to confer/compare. So glad we did. He was able to direct us to a superior quality table in a style we preferred over the local store's table and he beat the local store's price. We wanted a custom logo for our table (a Kansas Jayhawk) and John promptly coordinated approval from the licensing office at KU. We ordered after the deadline for Christmas delivery and had resigned ourselves to delivery in January but John even helped to get our delivery expedited in time for Christmas. Our installation experience was very positive as well. Our installers, Mark and his cohort John, both avid shuffle board players (Mark is pro rated), worked hard to ensure our table was level and the playing surface tuned for optimal play. We are new to shuffleboard so we have appreciated the friendly advice from John and our installation team about how to care for the board, rules, strategy, accessories, etc. Our bottom line advice to anyone considering a new shuffleboard table: buy one of the premium brands sold at Shuffleboardfederation.com, get the longest table your room will accommodate and don't buy anywhere else until you speak with John. He is THE expert you want in your corner. You don't want any regrets when making a major purchase like this. We have none. John's product, pricing and customer service are exceptional! the way. March 11th, 2014 Dear John, I wanted to thank you for making the purchase and delivery of my 14 foot Grand Hudson Deluxe table so easy. Candidly, I had given you a difficult task when, on November 26th, I placed my order and needed delivery before the holidays. This was peak demand time for you and I was skeptical that you would be able to actually have the table built and delivered before my house guests would be arriving for the holidays. You graciously handled my multiple requests for updates and kept in touch. Even with all the handholding I was relieved when, on December 17th, you kindly emailed me the exact route of the shipment and told me when the table would be delivered on the east coast. You were precise and accurate in every statement you made and I can't tell you how much I appreciate your ability to execute flawlessly. As to the table, we absolutely love it. It's beautiful and has fulfilled every hope I had that it would be a game that would provide hours of enjoyment for couples. Your expertise and experience made the selection and purchase process extremely easy. If possible, your installation person, Obie, made the process even better. After arriving to find missing parts on the delivery truck at 10:00 AM, he worked with you, Champion and the delivery company to locate the parts. That is where his day begins for my installation. He then drove over an hour each way to retrieve the parts and complete the install. When the installation was finished, he spent another 30 minutes going over the maintenance of the board and showing me several different ways to hold and maneuver the weight. Probably the best decision that I made
was listening to your advice to take the white glove installation
service. While I could have gotten the table setup and installed with my
friends, there is no substitute for the knowledge of someone who has
done it before. Obie made sure to level I would be happy to recommend your company and installers to anyone in the future. I spoke at length to company owner, John McDermott, and was impressed with the depth of his knowledge, as well as his passion for his work. He asked plenty of questions in order to understand my likes/wants, as well as to gain some insight into where the table was going, and the other furnishings and aesthetics of the space. Based on our conversation, he recommended an Heirloom Legacy, and followed up promptly by sending me a full complement of high quality pictures, along with a very impressive collection of testimonials from previous customers. Admittedly, I was a little bit gun shy, given the pricing on the Heirloom brand, relative to other options. I decided to go with John’s recommendation, based on their reputation, and because John assured me that they would expedite the production of my table and deliver it in time for my wife’s 50th birthday party. We ended up going with a solid Mahogany Heirloom Legacy, and had it personalized with our company logo. Long story short, they delivered on every promise and truly exceeded our expectations. The quality of the table itself was terrific, and the installation was very professionally done, right on schedule, by people that were very obviously experts. The service both before and after the sale has been exceptional, and I would not hesitate to recommend The Shuffleboard Federation to anyone who is in the market for a shuffleboard table. turned out even nicer than I had imagined. It sits behind a sofa and I
am disappointed that you cannot see more of it…that is the first time I
have ever said that about a shuffleboard table. March 25th, 2012 John supplied us our first shuffleboard, which is a quality product. Since 1998 he has supplied us with several sets of shuffleboard weights, wax, silicone and most importantly the greatest advice on how to further ourselves in the sport. He is definitely the source to go to for all products related to table shuffleboard. John also runs an excellent week long tournament that bring in folks from all over the nation, check out the NASC tournament in Reno, NV. My wife and I played shuffleboard for the
first time recently and fell in love with the game. We decided to buy a
table and shopped around. A lot of tables we checked out were very
flimsy and obviously of poor quality. We decided on a Champion table
from the Shuffleboard Federation because from what we could learn,
Champion was the way to go. I was hesitant to buy a table from the
internet, but John at the Federation eased my mind by answering all of
my questions and concerns. Our table was delivered right on schedule and
we were very pleased with the installers. They were in and out within 90
minutes and they were very professional. My wife and I were very happy
with every part of the transaction with the Shuffleboard Federation and
the table is everything we hoped it would be. It is a great and easy
game for our friends and family to play and it is great fun. I just know

To whom it may concern.... I recently had
John install a Rock-Ola shuffleboard table into my new home in South
Carolina. His crew members did a professional job installing the table.
It was clear they had much experience. The table I received was
refurbished and exceeded my expectations. Much of the interior of our
home was done with reclaimed lumber for floors and ceiling. Our walls
are made from wood consisting of using plank boards, bead boards and lap
board. The table was a great finishing piece. December 14th, 2008
I have been so busy enjoying my beautiful
new Heirloom Legacy mahogany shuffleboard table that I almost forgot to
write to tell you how much we love it! Everyone who sees it marvels at
