Ten years old this year, the Bulldog Northeast features a regularly rotating cast of 24 beers on tap, plus classic American cuisine. Oh, and shuffleboard! They combined those elements with California freshness, and a star was born. Try a "doquito" mashup of doner and taquito, or the fries topped with a Berliner red sauce, tzatziki, cabbage and carrot slaw, cucumber, tomato, onion, feta, olives, pepperoncinis, feta, and your choice of meat. The party made its way to Minneapolis, where the restaurant features local craft beer and hearty portions of food.
